I don't know if it's just me, but ever since the new management took over, the family practice has declined. My long-time doctor, who I had for 18 years, sadly passed away. Appointments are nearly impossible to secure, even though the waiting area is often empty. You can't get a same-day prescription without an appointment, and the office staff are extremely rude. I was taken aback to receive a voicemail stating that 'aggression towards our staff won’t be tolerated.' I was let go from a practice I had been with for almost two decades when the new management came in. Unfortunately, in this healthcare climate, it feels like you either accept the situation or leave.

My son's discharge letter was sent to the clinic, but they claimed they never received it. I delivered a discharge letter myself, but after a week, it still wasn’t entered into the system. I couldn’t secure an appointment for two weeks. This occurred at a local GP center.
The local clinic is a complete disappointment. I have been waiting five days for a repeat prescription to be sent from my GP to my pharmacist. Additionally, forget about securing an immediate appointment. The last time I tried, they offered me one a week later, which was not helpful.

I am actively looking for another GP but feel stuck due to the lack of options in the area. It’s best to avoid this clinic if possible.
I was referred to the local clinic and got an appointment the next day. The care I received there has truly changed my life. I received a GP card and regular six-month check-up appointments. I cannot praise them enough. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the nurses and doctors take the time to listen.
This is the worst doctor's practice I have ever encountered. They never answer the phone, even when I am in the clinic. I have called numerous times without any response. They cancel appointments at their convenience without notifying me.
