Totally appalling customer service
Totally appalling customer service - i have been meaning to leave this review for several weeks.....Whilst the 2 young ladies who I actually spoke to tried to help as best they could and were very polite, professional and imformative and promised calls backs I have to say that Helen the property account manager is never available to take a phone call and never replies to phone calls, telephone messages, emails or even messages from her own colleagues. Firstly, Centric sent a management charge invoice for several thousand pounds with errors and no explantion or phone call to discuss the matter despite numerous attempts by phone and email by the owner and family members to get to a final correct amount and took months to sort it. This was only and finally done after several attempts by a director of the Owners Management company !! Secondly, it was several weeks since we asked for information about the building construction so we can sort insurance. This was finally received with no apology or explanation for the delay !!! Requests for contact from Helen's direct Manager or a company director to discuss these issues and service were also ignored and not repsonded to. This review is by a family member with direct experience of the issues and the "service" by centric and several other property management companies (so i know the good from the bad PM's) and the totally absent customer service from Helen at Centric.
