I was initially excited about the direct route between two cities, which seemed to open up travel opportunities to a hidden gem. Because of this, I encouraged friends and family to support this new airline and book their tickets with them. I was asked to arrange 9 round-trip tickets for relatives, all of whom had high hopes. During checkout, the price displayed was 29,919 DKK. After payment, the booking confirmation unexpectedly showed a higher amount, and the credit card was charged significantly more. Customer service was available only via a messaging app and provided inconsistent and contradictory information. Initially, I was told that prices were fixed and that cancellation penalties would apply. Later, I was informed that the flights were cancelled, but I never received an official cancellation email. Believing the flights were cancelled, I booked non-refundable tickets with another airline for my family. After multiple follow-ups and a bank dispute, a full refund was finally processed. While the refund eventually came through, the overall experience was stressful and poorly handled. The idea behind this route is good, but the airline clearly needs to establish reliable operations and better customer support before it can be trusted. At this moment, I cannot recommend booking with them.
