Booked a flight with a connection, but the initial leg was delayed by nearly 12 hours. The ground staff were nowhere to be found, and when they did show up, they offered no help. When we asked for alternative flight arrangements due to the missed connection, they directed us to staff who couldn't assist. After the lengthy delay, we landed but faced further delays and no solutions were provided. The representative offered to extend our stay for another day instead of finding us a timely alternative, despite other available flights on the same day. Even the rescheduled flight faced further delays, leaving us uncertain until the last moment. I strongly advise against flying with this airline.
