The flight was delayed by 3 hours without any explanation. There were baggage issues, and the staff was unhelpful. Two attendants did not speak the local language, and one was rude, failing to offer basic amenities. Food was not cleared away until just before landing, creating a very unprofessional and awkward situation. This experience has left a negative impression, and I feel hesitant to fly with this airline again.
