This airline has provided the worst flying experience I've encountered. I had a flight with a substantial delay of over 5 hours, with no apologies or compensation provided. Communication was non-existent, and when I attempted to reach customer service, it took over two months with minimal success. Most interactions were through a messaging app, with very poor English support. Overall, the service was lacking and unhelpful.
