I was initially thrilled to find a direct route connecting two cities, which seemed to open travel possibilities. Encouraged by this, I recommended friends and family consider this new airline for their journeys. When asked to book multiple round-trip tickets, everyone had high hopes. However, the price displayed was significantly lower than the final charge, leading to confusion and frustration. Customer service was only reachable via a messaging app, providing inconsistent information. After believing the flights were cancelled and booking with another airline, I had to follow up multiple times for a refund. While the refund did eventually process, the entire experience was stressful and poorly managed. The concept is promising, but the airline needs to improve its operations, pricing transparency, and customer support to gain trust. At this point, I cannot recommend booking with them.
