One star is too generous. I purchased a newly constructed home, and within just a few months, the water barely flows through the house. The builder claimed to have delivered a quality home but failed to mention that a filter is necessary for proper functioning. They do not provide a filter, and the water barely comes out of my faucets and shower. I am pursuing legal action.
