One star is overly generous. I purchased a newly constructed home, and just a few months in, the water flow is barely functional. The builder claimed to have delivered a quality home, but failed to mention that a filter is necessary for proper operation. They are not supplying a filter, resulting in minimal water coming from my faucets and shower. I'm considering legal action.

If I could rate lower, I certainly would! Avoid this builder at all costs! My family member is at a local community, and they do not honor warranty claims. They also show discrimination against elderly individuals and neglect their requests, treating them poorly. Their online portal is nearly unusable. Many issues we are trying to resolve stem from poor work during construction, which they dismiss as 'normal wear and tear' for an elderly woman. Ridiculous! Please steer clear of this builder!
The service here is completely inadequate. It’s nearly impossible to reach a real person. The answering service just redirects you to the sales website. I live in a neighborhood that’s been around for six years, and I’m only looking for a recommendation for a tile contractor to fix the bathroom floor. They finished the neighborhood and then abandoned it, moving on and forgetting about the remaining issues.
In my experience, the construction quality is extremely poor. Their one-year warranty feels like a scam. If repairs are inexpensive, they send someone quickly, but for significant issues, they refuse to help. My suggestion is to keep searching. If you still wish to buy, make sure to hire a good inspector before closing and do not sign anything until all defects noted during the orientation are fixed. After signing, they ignore major issues. My inspector found many cosmetic flaws early on, but they only fixed a few. The so-called 'Customer Service Managers' claimed they wouldn’t fix certain issues and then failed to follow through on promised repairs. Communication has been terrible, and any attempts to reach the support team have been fruitless.
The community experience has been terrible. The discrepancies from the final walkthrough were not addressed. After closing, they failed to complete the promised work. The front door lock was compromised while workers were on-site, and the kitchen sink flooded. I now realize the quality of work is very poor. I should have had a home inspection done; however, the process was overly complicated due to the builder. I am extremely dissatisfied with my home quality, and it’s only been a week.

Definitely do not purchase without a thorough inspection and a qualified real estate agent. Keep a hard copy of every paperwork change, as online versions can override previous agreements. Just before closing, I learned of changes that eliminated all previously applied discounts. I refused to close, and only then did they negotiate a lower interest rate. Once the one-year mark hit, they ceased all support. A week later, water was leaking from under my kitchen sink, but they refused to help since it was past the warranty period. I had to contact a plumbing company myself for repairs. Be sure to invest in another inspection before the one-year mark. While there are some unique features, you are dependent on a single service provider for repairs. The community's HOA struggles to enforce rules, making it harder to maintain property values. Visit established communities before making a decision.
