The community experience has been terrible. The discrepancies from the final walkthrough were not addressed. After closing, they failed to complete the promised work. The front door lock was compromised while workers were on-site, and the kitchen sink flooded. I now realize the quality of work is very poor. I should have had a home inspection done; however, the process was overly complicated due to the builder. I am extremely dissatisfied with my home quality, and it’s only been a week.
