My experience has been extremely frustrating. I submitted a higher offer for a home, but the next day, it was accepted at a lower price. My offer was ignored, and the process was poorly communicated. I lost my deposit and ended up with a less desirable lot. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. I requested my earnest money back or a transfer to another community, but they rejected my requests. This lack of communication has cost me significantly.
