Endless and unhelpful menu

The customer service system is abysmal. Every time I face an issue, I have to call multiple times. The only way to reach a representative is through specific menu options for new sales or upgrades. Even then, the representative often transfers me to someone else, and understanding them can be challenging. Despite being a long-time customer, they refuse to change the account details to my number, forcing me to use someone else's number for assistance. Additionally, the service fails whenever it rains.
