Highly misleading company with poor service

This company has proven to be quite deceptive. Customer support is extremely inadequate, with much being outsourced. I have doubts about their long-term viability with such misleading practices. There have been several justified lawsuits from state attorneys general. I strongly recommend avoiding this service, as they have strayed far from their original business model from twenty years ago.

A very misleading company

This company has become quite deceptive. Customer support is extremely poor, largely due to outsourcing. I doubt they can sustain their business using such misleading tactics. Numerous lawsuits from various state attorneys general have been justified. It's best to avoid this service, as they've strayed far from their original business model from two decades ago.

Completely ineffective

The representatives are utterly incompetent. I spoke to three different individuals just to change my WiFi password, and none could assist. What a waste of time. Stay away.

Consistently disappointing service

This company has repeatedly failed to provide reliable service or keep scheduled technician appointments. Over the past five years, multiple service visits have been scheduled for ongoing internet issues. Each time, we were told the wiring was to blame, yet the problem remains unresolved. Appointment windows are inconvenient, requiring someone to be home all day. As both my spouse and I work full-time, we've had to take unpaid leave. On several occasions, no technician showed up, and there was no follow-up. This has resulted in lost work hours while paying for an unreliable internet service. There is a clear lack of accountability and respect for customer time. Improvements are needed in scheduling, communication, and service delivery.

Severely dissatisfied

If I could, I would give a rating well below zero. My phone service has been out for nearly three weeks, and I've spent over ten hours trying to resolve it with their inadequate tech support. No one seems able to fix the issue, so after 28 years, I have no choice but to switch providers.

Absence of customer support

Customer service is virtually non-existent. Internet speeds are horrendous, and support is lacking because reaching a live person is nearly impossible. The phone options just redirect you elsewhere, often resulting in dropped calls.

Endless and unhelpful menu

The customer service system is abysmal. Every time I face an issue, I have to call multiple times. The only way to reach a representative is through specific menu options for new sales or upgrades. Even then, the representative often transfers me to someone else, and understanding them can be challenging. Despite being a long-time customer, they refuse to change the account details to my number, forcing me to use someone else's number for assistance. Additionally, the service fails whenever it rains.

Fraudulent practices and poor service

This company employs deceptive practices and provides terrible customer service. They forced me to transition from a reliable service to a subpar one. During my call with customer support, I could hear other representatives talking to different customers, which was distracting. I'm being billed for both services simultaneously, and neither can provide clarity on my account. It's a complete mess, and I plan to switch to another provider as soon as possible.

Frustrating phone service experience
