They lied when I signed up and stated that I was locking in my price as long as I was a customer. There of course was some fine print that stated otherwise and the person who signed me up for service was lying. My price has been jacked up over 20% so far and just keeps rising every year.Also if you need to order service good luck with appointment scheduling. It's a complete trainwreck of a company.
