Very poor customer service! I paid 200 Euro for a volcano pan and lid set, only received the lid. I ask them for solution, They said they pit everything in and can't do anything, then They thought it was me try to scam them for another pan! That's rediculous! Avoid this shop at all cost!

The pot arrived fast and in a really good condition. Although it's not exactly like on the website (1 type of tomato - Piennolo), they have actually included 2 types of tomato (Piennolo & San Marzano) which me and my partner like even more. Very beautiful pot and we are happy with the result. Thank you!
A great experience. We really love the table. We knew delivery time would be long as they made the table especially for us but it was longer than we expected, nearly three months. Very professional team who were great at communicating with us even helping to coordinate the delivery to be sure it meant we could have help this end. The table is heavy and really well made.
