OK, here’s my honest review about buying for them online first of all, I want to say that they did sent out three hermit crabs and refunded my money for the hermit crabs toys second of all they did everything and package to get my Package here to be own time but I don’t like is they just didn’t try and I’m really upset I really really really want my package. I just don’t know what to do. Don’t order from them if you want no help I just frustrating that they can’t do nothing. I will never buy online again. I have learned my lesson. You guys don’t care about your customers I think that you could get here faster to us, but you don’t try. Thank you again for what you did for me, but I’m still pretty upset.
I ordered items online on December 14 and later wanted to return one order. When I visited the store on December 21, I was informed that the return was not accepted due to clearance, which was not communicated at checkout. I had just spent a significant amount on a new order, and the lack of clarity in their return policy was very disappointing.

I had just spent $200 on the new order, and the lack of clear communication regarding the return policy was very disappointing.

There was no notification or employee informing me about the incomplete order. This left me in a tough spot, as I had no time to order elsewhere. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, as they clearly can't fulfill orders or communicate effectively regarding stock availability.

After a long wait in line, the only employee present was unhelpful and kept insisting on payment methods without addressing my questions. I tried to use a coupon, but she claimed it couldn't be applied to sale items without even reviewing it. I was forced to pay with a credit card without understanding my options, which was frustrating.

Three employees searched for it, but only one seemed genuinely concerned, while the others had a poor attitude. They suggested I check another store, which seemed unreasonable given their stock claims. After contacting customer service for free shipping on a replacement, I received a damaged item. I contacted them again, but the replacement was also damaged. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning whether I’ll continue shopping here.
