Months ago, I brought Cerberus a fully working computer to recover files accidentally deleted from my desktop. What followed is a nightmare scenario. In the process of trying to recover those files my entire hard drives and all the files on it were apoarently corrupted. The technician (Caleb) apparently failed to follow the basic protcols for such recoveries.Cerberest still has my computer and I cannot get a straight answer from Caleb as to the status of my data recovery. Step up Cerberest and fix the mess you created!The next step will be to consult my attorney.
