I needed assistance for a broken laptop and they did a job well done. Everything that I asked for was appropriately addressed. Very friendly staff willing to work with their customers. Only downside is that they aren't very proactive with responses/updates. At least in my experience, it seems that the customer is responsible for checking in for updates/diagnostics regarding their tech, as they will not reach out for extended periods of time otherwise. Aside from responsiveness, CT is a great repair service.
My husband and I are both 74 and not skilled in the world of technology BUT Caleb explained everything in a manner we could understand. He has solved our issues in a timely way. Our bill was very fair. If we have any computer problems in the future, we will definitely call Caleb. A very refreshing and positive experience all around
