This was a terrible experience. I had no idea I was going to be charged 29.99 per month until I sat down to do my taxes. I am a senior citizen and have a limited income. I am sad to see companies take advantage of those who think they are using a one time service. NEVER AGAIN would I even consider using them. I WANT A REFUND.
