I agreed to pay $1 to get my test results from your website. Not only did I not receive my score, I was immediately charged $29.99, without my consent. I have attempted to cancel my subscription that I never agreed to, but was given a "email does not exist" error message, so that I'm prevented from canceling and will be charged without my consent AGAIN. I will be contacting the FBI, the Federal Trade Commission, and the BBB. I also will post my story on every social media account I have and tell all my friends and family to stay away from this scam site. I am demanding my money back. I agreed to the $1 free trial 6 days ago, but the charge was $29.99 immediately. Your policy is a legal document that clearly states a $1 charge is the ONLY charge for 7 days. You breached your own contract. That's a lawsuit against your company right there! If I could give negative stars, it would be negative infinity!
