I was hospitalized for several weeks and didn’t notice these charges until I started feeling better. Once I realized what happened, I emailed the support team, but they refused to issue a refund. I would never agree to pay $14.99 biweekly for this service. After taking the initial IQ test, I never returned to the app. I strongly advise against engaging with this company, even just to take the IQ test, as they will keep charging your card even after you stop using the service.
