I am highly dissatisfied with the customer support experience. This order was meant to be a Christmas gift and with only a week left, one of the two items I ordered arrived completely incorrect. I ordered trousers but received a jacket instead. While I understand mistakes happen, it was frustrating. I reached out to customer support, but their responses took a full day, which was not ideal given the urgency. They initially requested images, which I provided, and then mentioned checking CCTV. Eventually, they acknowledged their error but informed me that I had to return the entire order to get a refund and reorder the items. The deadline for Christmas delivery is today, and we still don’t know how the return and delivery fees will be waived. They claimed it would be a 'goodwill gesture,' but this feels like the bare minimum. I’m really let down; I used to order from this company frequently and loved their products, but after this experience, I can’t trust them to handle any issues.
