I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience with Cernucci.

I ordered a bracelet and a ring as a gift, mainly because they advertised next day delivery. The items were meant to arrive the following day, but they never showed up. There was no proper update or explanation — just silence.

I’ve sent several emails to their customer service team and haven’t received a single reply. No acknowledgment, no reassurance, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’ve spent your money and can’t even get a basic response.

To make matters worse, their delivery provider Evri has been just as bad. Tracking hasn’t been helpful and trying to get any clarity from them is near impossible. It feels like you’re stuck between two companies that don’t want to take responsibility.

Really poor communication and support overall. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re relying on items arriving on time or expect any level of customer service if something goes wrong.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Cernucci.

I ordered a tracksuit in December which was marked as delivered by Evri, however I never received the parcel. The tracking only showed delivery to a communal area in my building, with no signature and no proof it was handed to me personally.

When I contacted customer service, I was refused a refund and instead offered store credit as a “goodwill gesture,” despite the fact that I did not receive the item. After escalating the matter through PayPal, the case was closed in the seller’s favour without clear explanation.

As a customer, it feels unfair to be held responsible for a courier marking something as delivered when it never reached me. I would have expected better support and accountability.

Very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected.

I bought two bracelets around August and loved them both originally, but one of them began to tarnish extremely quickly with the outer layer of (silver?) disappearing revealing rust inside. The other one lasted a for a few months after than but eventually began to tarnish as well. I'm not sure if the ones I got were just bad as they are advertised as "meant to last" but they were not worth the price considering how short they lasted before tarnishing.

A great Christmas gift experience despite a minor issue.

Exceptional Customer Support!

Exceptional customer support! I ordered some jeans for my boyfriend for Christmas, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit him. I didn’t realize I had missed the return deadline, but a representative from the team graciously extended my return period, allowing me to receive a full refund. Given the busy Christmas season, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response, as everything was resolved within 24 hours. Thank you to the support team!

Disappointing Experience with Customer Support

We bought a tracksuit for over £140.00, and due to the holiday rush, we were concerned about it arriving on time for Christmas. We placed and paid for the order on 09/11/25. Thankfully, it arrived quickly, and we wrapped it up for my daughter. She loved it when she unwrapped it but later found it was too big since she had lost some weight. I reached out to the support team to explain our situation, but within two minutes, they informed me that we were outside the return window and offered no assistance. I only wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and was willing to cover any restocking fees and shipping costs, but they were unhelpful. I truly believe there could be a solution; I just don't understand their refusal to assist. This experience has made me hesitant to order again. Where is the goodwill during the holiday season? Where is the customer support? I wish I could write a positive review about how they helped make my daughter's Christmas special.

Frustrating experience with my order

I placed my order on the 13th, it showed as processing on the 15th, and now, on the 23rd, there has been no update on the tracking. They mentioned I should use the shipping protection plan, but since my order is still processing, I can't do that. I'm seriously considering disputing the charge with my bank for potential fraud, as I feel the company is not legitimate. I receive daily emails from them about their products, yet they can't seem to resolve this issue, and I've already spent over $200.

Highly dissatisfied with customer support...

I am highly dissatisfied with the customer support experience. This order was meant to be a Christmas gift and with only a week left, one of the two items I ordered arrived completely incorrect. I ordered trousers but received a jacket instead. While I understand mistakes happen, it was frustrating. I reached out to customer support, but their responses took a full day, which was not ideal given the urgency. They initially requested images, which I provided, and then mentioned checking CCTV. Eventually, they acknowledged their error but informed me that I had to return the entire order to get a refund and reorder the items. The deadline for Christmas delivery is today, and we still don’t know how the return and delivery fees will be waived. They claimed it would be a 'goodwill gesture,' but this feels like the bare minimum. I’m really let down; I used to order from this company frequently and loved their products, but after this experience, I can’t trust them to handle any issues.

Outstanding service experience, truly five stars.

My experience with the service was truly deserving of five stars. Due to holiday shipping, my package was delayed, and I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for the festivities. The representative was extremely helpful, giving me updates and reassuring me that it had left their facility and was on its way. After our conversation, my package arrived, and everything was in perfect order.
