We bought a tracksuit for over £140.00, and due to the holiday rush, we were concerned about it arriving on time for Christmas. We placed and paid for the order on 09/11/25. Thankfully, it arrived quickly, and we wrapped it up for my daughter. She loved it when she unwrapped it but later found it was too big since she had lost some weight. I reached out to the support team to explain our situation, but within two minutes, they informed me that we were outside the return window and offered no assistance. I only wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and was willing to cover any restocking fees and shipping costs, but they were unhelpful. I truly believe there could be a solution; I just don't understand their refusal to assist. This experience has made me hesitant to order again. Where is the goodwill during the holiday season? Where is the customer support? I wish I could write a positive review about how they helped make my daughter's Christmas special.
