UPDATE 09/10/24 I wanted to provide an update for those who have seen my review and reached out about this clinic (which has denied me treatment, as noted in my previous reviews). This morning, I received an email from a review platform thanking me for my feedback on the clinic, but they flagged my review for containing harmful or illegal content. They are temporarily hiding it while they investigate. I understand their need to ensure all reviews comply with guidelines. After assessment, they confirmed my review adheres to their rules, so it has been reinstated. It seems the clinic is still attempting to have my review removed despite my honest account of my experience. Anyone considering dental treatment here can reach out to me for more information.
