Frustration with the warranty I received dental implants and a bridge at this clinic. After just six months, the bridge broke. When I reached out for warranty assistance, the clinic declined to address the issue or accept any responsibility. This is unacceptable. If a dental procedure fails so soon, the patient should have support. Sadly, the warranty seems to be merely a concept here. I cannot recommend this clinic.
I am deeply disappointed with the warranty service. After receiving dental implants and a bridge at this clinic, the bridge broke within six months. When I reached out for assistance, they refused to address the issue or accept any responsibility. This is simply unacceptable. A patient should not be left unsupported when dental work fails so soon. It seems the warranty is just a phrase here. I cannot recommend this clinic.
I reached out to this group regarding my future dental procedures. They were very pleasant to communicate with, and everything was explained in great detail, making my decision to proceed much easier. I noticed a negative review that seemed unfair; it appears that the individual sought out family members to post negative comments, which feels unethical. After reviewing all feedback, I believe there is more to the story and it won't deter me from choosing this wonderful service. I will update my review after my first treatment, scheduled for March 22, returning on the 29th.
UPDATE 09/10/24 I wanted to provide an update for those who have seen my review and reached out about this clinic (which has denied me treatment, as noted in my previous reviews). This morning, I received an email from a review platform thanking me for my feedback on the clinic, but they flagged my review for containing harmful or illegal content. They are temporarily hiding it while they investigate. I understand their need to ensure all reviews comply with guidelines. After assessment, they confirmed my review adheres to their rules, so it has been reinstated. It seems the clinic is still attempting to have my review removed despite my honest account of my experience. Anyone considering dental treatment here can reach out to me for more information. I have received many messages from individuals grateful for my story, which has helped them avoid this clinic.
