My experience with Certapet was great I gave it one less star because I needed to get in contact with them.I could not find anyway to contact them by phone number or email address showing within my account. I had to google them to get their phone number to call them. I would suggest they add that info to there member account area.Other then that I had great service from them once I was able to talk to a rep.
