Great experience! The whole process was seamless. The discussion I had with the provider assigned to me covered all the bases and all of my questions were answered. I received my ESA letter shortly after and my apartment quickly processed it and accepted it! I am super thankful to have had such an easy process for something that can certainly cause some stress for people.
Excellent customer service. But- tvI spent 2 hours trying to figure out why my paperwork would not submit. I rechecked that all questions were answered. Then called customer service. In 2 minutes she had the answer. You should add that if you respond no to a question and the following question refers to that subject you must put NA down.
