If you have a problem, just open a ticket! My dean (illegally) denied my ESA letter since I had never met my therapist in person. CertaPet did their best to help me and sent me lots of information to send to the dean stating that it was illegal to do such a thing. Even though he didn’t budge and I got another letter elsewhere, CertaPet gave me a refund which I really appreciate. Therapy is expensive!!! All of the people who helped me were knowledgeable and kind and always followed up with me. I really appreciate the time everyone took to help me get situated.
