I deeply regret choosing CertiDeal. I purchased a refurbished IPhone which was supposed to be in excellent conditions - it wasn’t. In parallel, I sold my previous IPhone but I never received a payment.For the iPhone I purchased, I requested a refund. It took many e-mails to the customer service (where they argued that scratches everywhere, including on the cameras fit with the description of “excellent conditions”). After many exchanges and a long long wait, I finally managed to get a refund. For the IPhone I sold to them, I fear I was scammed. First, after I shipped it, they reduced their original offer claiming it had visible signs - it didn’t and I took many pictures beforehand. But ok … I accepted the revised offer to avoid further issues with their poor customer service and the hassle of retrieving my phone. It has been a month, with many e-mails to the customer service, and I have not received the payment. My data and documents were correctly registered on their website even before I shipped my phone. However, they claim that the payment cannot be processed because they don’t have my data. In another email, they confirmed that they had my data and I would receive the transfer in a few days. Two weeks later, I didn’t. When I contact them, they reply to me that they haven’t paid me because they don’t have my data (contradicting themselves) and that I need to encode my data on their website (again!) but … their website does not let me encode my data anymore. It seems that they are intentionally making this very difficult. I feel I was scammed and fear I’ll never see my money or my IPhone again. Update with purchase reference: #00711109
