I ordered a premium device. Initially, I received an email suggesting that choosing different color options would expedite delivery, which I accepted. I was informed a few days later that my order would be shipped soon... only to be told that it was still being prepared. This status remained unchanged for 13 days! When I reached out to the company, the response was generic and impersonal. Seriously? Their own policy states that the device will be shipped within six business days. The least they could do is communicate the issue.
