Return feature purposely deactivated?

Ordered a microwave part from Certified Parts. Part arrived 2 weeks later, and it was the correct part. Certified Parts website states they have a Hassle-Free Returns policy. Attempted to return the part within their 30-day time frame. The part is unused and still in original packaging. Numerous attempts over a 2-week period to use the website 'Returns' link, never recognized my order number and zip code. Contacted Certified Parts 3 times via their e-mail support address, with no response or guidance on assisting me to initiate this return. There are many other vendors out there who provide much better customer support. I could be wrong, but suspect Certified Parts does not have an inventory, but they will order your part from another vendor, then send that part to you. And any returns would create a storage/inventory problem for Certified Parts.
