Review Time
I ordered a microwave door. After receiving the receipt email, I heard nothing for over 2 weeks. Emails weren't returned, and online chats went unanswered. When I called, they finally said the item was coming in a couple of days. That time came and went. More emails. Finally, I demanded a refund a month after ordering the part. I haven't seen the refund clear my account yet - we shall see.

They all shipped the part as advertised but then I ended up not needing it. Trying to get ahold of a customer service rep to issue me the RMA# was absolutely ridiculous. No one responded to emails or the chat app for a few weeks. Finally I was able to return the part but was only refunded 1/3 of the original cost because of some refund loophole they use to keep most of the money for themselves. I wouldn't order from them ever again.
Ordered a washing machine part in August and received an order confirmation stating that I would receive tracking information soon. Tracking information was never sent, and I never received the part that I ordered. Trying to contact their customer service is completely fruitless - I’ve tried to get ahold of them 5 or 6 times and have never spoken with a person or received the promised callbacks. The money has been paid, and I have no recourse for a refund as I authorized the payment. I would strongly advise caution in ordering as in the event of an issue, it seems unlikely you will ever get a resolution.
Ordered a microwave part from Certified Parts. Part arrived 2 weeks later, and it was the correct part. Certified Parts website states they have a Hassle-Free Returns policy. Attempted to return the part within their 30-day time frame. The part is unused and still in original packaging. Numerous attempts over a 2-week period to use the website 'Returns' link, never recognized my order number and zip code. Contacted Certified Parts 3 times via their e-mail support address, with no response or guidance on assisting me to initiate this return. There are many other vendors out there who provide much better customer support. I could be wrong, but suspect Certified Parts does not have an inventory, but they will order your part from another vendor, then send that part to you. And any returns would create a storage/inventory problem for Certified Parts.
I recently had a frustrating experience with this website that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order, but despite my excitement, the item never arrived. After multiple attempts to contact customer service for assistance, I received no response. It’s disappointing to think I wasted both my time and money here. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to proceed with caution. There are plenty of other reliable options out there, so save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
Ordered a part over 7 days ago, contacted the “Customer service” yesterday and today to get updates. Was told both times there was no update, both times they were pushing to refund the order, when I told them wanted the part I paid for and would keep checking for updates the car cancelled my order because I told him to do his job and get me the part I already paid for.
I very rarely review anything, but this company is crap.I ordered my part several weeks ago and I still haven't received it. They've provided no tracking number, nor will they respond to customer service emails.Don't waste your time with this company.
