I ordered a microwave door. After receiving the receipt email, I heard nothing for over 2 weeks. Emails weren't returned, and online chats went unanswered. When I called, they finally said the item was coming in a couple of days. That time came and went. More emails. Finally, I demanded a refund a month after ordering the part. I haven't seen the refund clear my account yet - we shall see.
