Five stars is not enough to truly describe what we experienced with CR(Certified Rate) from start to finish. We received two other rate quotes from Loan Depot and our credit union. My credit union experience was disappointing. The Loan Depot representative was very pushy and condescending. This being our first experience with the whole refi process, we had so many questions. Greg and his staff at CR were so knowledgeable and patient in answering all our questions. What really caused us to lean toward Certified Rate over Loan Depot was their transparency with everything and non pressure approach. But more importantly, they made us feel like they had our best interest at heart, not their wallet. I've had several conversations with Greg after our loan closed about other potential purchases and for information purposes on out of state buying opportunities. He's given me great insight as if he was in my shoes. I feel like we've made a friend for life. Now you might be thinking, not overly concerned about the customer service, you just want the best rate. We got both with CR! Loan Depot rate offer was slightly lower, but CR matched with no questions asked. I don't believe you'll encounter more professional, knowledgeable and honest people in the lending space than with Certified Rate. So blessed to have find CR.
