Generally good experience, though there were a few issues with the bike I ordered. The main issue was resolved efficiently, while the others are minor. However, the rear brake needs attention and there’s an unusual noise from the rear shock, which shouldn’t occur when purchasing a bike, especially online where returning it is difficult.
