The delivery isn't free, and I ordered a gear shifter. The image displayed one type of product, but the name referred to a different one. This was quite misleading, and I also had to cover the return shipping costs.
Overall positive, but I encountered a few issues with the bike I received. The main concern has been addressed promptly. The other issues are relatively minor and shouldn't pose a major problem unless they worsen. However, the rear brake requires bleeding, and there’s an unusual noise from the rear shock that shouldn't occur with a new bike, especially when purchasing online, as returning it in person isn't an option.
Exceptional prices, next-day dispatch, and tracked delivery as promised. Saved £35 compared to a well-known competitor. Happy to support smaller businesses over large chains, especially since they offer better prices and service. Highly recommended.
