Overall positive, but I encountered a few issues with the bike I received. The main concern has been addressed promptly. The other issues are relatively minor and shouldn't pose a major problem unless they worsen. However, the rear brake requires bleeding, and there’s an unusual noise from the rear shock that shouldn't occur with a new bike, especially when purchasing online, as returning it in person isn't an option.
