The course say 6 Hr but it takes you lot more then that minimum 10-12 hrs
The mailing service promised and paid was 2 day shipping. Even after 5 days of completion of course certificate did not arrived.excluding sat & sunday still its extra time then the 2 days business day delivery ( any way we know fedex work on weekends)
Overall course material is good keeps you busy and interacting.
I recommend did it if you have a discount code and not really in any sort of rush

I encountered the same issues mentioned in other reviews. I was three-quarters through the online defensive driving course when the platform indicated that the security verification took too long, forcing me to re-register. Now, it says I must pay again to complete the course. I'm hoping this issue gets resolved quickly, or ideally, I would like a refund, as I will need to find another provider.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I found myself locked out of my account, and my funds were taken without any support available. The learning experience was also very poor. They deserve less than one star, but there's no option for that; they truly don't even warrant a single star.
