I honestly cannot believe how utterly inflexible and unreasonable the testing staff were. Because I was wearing a hooded shirt, they flat-out refused to let me enter, and I wasn’t even allowed inside at all. I even suggested folding the hood inside so it wouldn’t be an issue, but they still said no. At that point, they could have simply checked that there was nothing inside the hood and let me in, which obviously wouldn’t have caused any real problem. Not even a warning, not even a chance to fix it on the spot.
If they had even the slightest bit of common sense, they could have sold cheap T-shirts right there for situations like this, and people like me wouldn’t be absurdly turned away without even being allowed to take the exam. The entire system is so ridiculously stupid that I’m honestly speechless. Now I’m forced to wait several more weeks just to reapply. Do they have any idea what a massive waste of time and money this is for me?! I am beyond furious and completely appalled. What an unbelievably frustrating and infuriating day.
Took an exam with this company. The first time was an okay experience. The wait time to actually take the test could be improved. Your brain is full of study materials and you have to go through a excessive process to even get back to take the test. The second time taking an exam through this company. I provided my government ID as well as passport and they denied me.Would not let me take the exam that I booked months in advance. They said Ca. B.A.R. does not have my middle name listed on there file but my identification has it. I showed them it was listed on the Ca. B.A.R. portal website first middle and last. As well as i took an exam from the same program with the same referral and identification. Which they said i shouldn't have been able to take the first exam.To even get the exam referral you have to upload your government ID. They said sorry call the B.A.R. and find out how to fix it.
I needed to quickly obtain proof of my sons' High School proficiency exam taken in 1999. I submitted my request late in the afternoon, within a few hours had a call to clarify a few details, and it was in my email at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. Excellent! I rate them 10 out 10 for their service.
I ordered the test and gave it day before my exam. I was not aware that the results will only display the scores and not show what I got wrong. If I had known I would have selected grade for each question to check what was wrong. I called the customer support and I was informed that they have sent an email to the department who can display whole results. I waited and received the same report I had at the end of exam. I called again and told the agent that I would like to get full access to what I got wrong abd she stated yes I have sent the email and gave me the email as well to contact directly. I specified each time that I want the information on what questions I got wrong and each time I was informed they are working on generating the full report for you. Even the email I was sent said that they are working on it. Called again was told to wait until 7 pm that evening for the full report. Called at 8 pm as no full report was sent. I was informed at that point there is no full report available. You only get the score and no access to the exam. I was very disappointed as this was day before my exam and had no clue what was wrong and couldn't get in the exam again. I feel like I wasted my money.
The study guides were overpriced, and not one question appeared on the exam. They kept repeating the same questions, marking them as unanswered despite having been answered. Overall, it was a significant waste of money and offered little assistance.
I hold a degree from a well-regarded business school and have successfully passed the CA insurance exam, but I must say this Pest Control exam I just completed was the most difficult and poorly phrased test I've ever encountered. This organization feels like a complete scam. Many of the questions were not covered in the study materials. I demand a grade change to passing, as it's unfair to include material that hasn't been reviewed.
The registration process and navigation were straightforward, with no issues. I took the certification exam. However, I faced a problem: my results were reported inaccurately, leading to several days of anxiety, believing I had performed poorly when, in fact, I did quite well.
