I feel lied and cheated and the best i got was bunch of AI replies with political answers. I bought their mystery box deals for Dudes and Ladys. The delivery took longer than promised, but i was not sad about it. I understood. But the trouble started when i got the delivery. Instead of 3 items, i got 1 ( 1 item out of 2 from Mens Mystery Box). The 3 items were promised by Cest Normal customer support as well. When i asked what happened they said that everything was shipped. Which was not. Finally they agreed and they refunded the Mystery Box for ladies. I asked about the 2nd item from the Mens mystery box. It clearly says its a mens item on their homepage. But Customer support said it was suppose to be in the Ladys Box, for which i was refunded. I didnt agree and i sent them the picture of their own webpage. The reply then was that it is UNISEX instead. But pictures on their homepages were all of male and no word of Unisex was presented on the product page. When i asked about the size, they said they made a mistake. I ordered male size M and Ladys size S. The missing product was M, indicating it should be Male. The best they offered was 15% discount. Which every other client gets when signing up or during any other sale. I asked for their customer complaint department to look into it. But after that it was silence. I asked for socks to cover the missing item for Male Mystery box. But they claimed till the end that the Male Ivory Polo should have belonged to Ladys Mystery Box.
