This was an absolutely terrible experience. The designs look decent, but that's where the positives end. The sizing is completely off; I have a normal athletic build and nothing fits right. The quality is shockingly poor, comparable to low-end brands, yet priced like premium items. The materials are cheap, and the finish is lacking, making it not worth the money. Customer service is ineffective; I returned my items, and it’s taking ages for them to acknowledge receipt. There’s no clear communication or professionalism. The misleading marketing claims a high-quality product, which is simply untrue. I regret not checking reviews beforehand.
I had a dreadful experience. It took them two months to acknowledge my return, ignoring the courier for over a month regarding the parcel I returned on time. After sending three emails and two messages with no response, they partially refunded me but insist I pay for the shipping error they caused. I advise against purchasing clothing from this brand due to extremely poor quality. I've reached out regarding the shorts and jeans I bought but received no response. The mesh pockets on the shorts developed holes after two months, the prints faded after one wash, and while the jeans are okay, I don't wear them often. The items are not worth the price.
The quality has dropped significantly since the previous owner left. Prices have increased while quality has decreased. I'm very disappointed with my order, as they used to produce good quality items, but that's no longer the case. I won’t be buying from them again.
