Purchased a GMT Ocean Series (new Feb 2026) on 14th Feb, watch came next day in post. Noticed straight away Bezel pip doesn't align and when turning the bezel the bezel bounces up and down loosely and rattling as if it's about to just fall off. I wrote an email Sat 15th to Cestrian but no reply. On Sunday i decided to inspect the watch under closer eye and found scratches on the side casing and hazing where the watch hasn't been finished and polished properly so i sent Cestrian another email Sun 16th and still no reply. I looked on their website and it said their hours of business Mon - Fri so i thought i'd wait till Monday morning for a reply to my emails. Still no reply to emails so i rang the number on Cestrian website and it comes up on the phone as WatchNation. The guy on the other end of the phone was rude and kept talking over me when i tried to explain the situation to him over the phone, when I mentioned to him that he didn't let me finish explaining he hung up the phone on me.I shall go through Paypal for my refund. These watches are just cheap Chinese watches that this company WatchNation have branded as Cestrian.
