Extremely disappointing! I contacted the company on December 5th at 1:00 PM, and now on December 8th, I still have no heating! Nobody was available over the weekend. An engineer came today at 9:00 AM, diagnosed the issue, and the company emailed the quote at 2:24 PM, but they need 24 hours to approve it? They hardly meet the definition of 'emergency'. Communication is terrible! The phone team is 'not allowed' to contact the 'back office team' for follow-ups! This company is a complete joke.
