I had a disappointing experience and won't return. I purchased a pair of sunglasses, but the tag was placed right in the center of the two lenses, making it impossible to assess the glasses without removing it. It would have been better to place the tag on the outside of the frame. After taking off the tag to evaluate the glasses, I realized I didn't like them. I contacted the support team, but they wouldn't allow me to return them. Frustrating!
