I think this site is a scam. I received my order but it was an empty box. The wallet I ordered did not arrive. Support staff took all the information and provided and came back with no resolution. The shipping company let me know that they will be compensated but it was not resolved on my end.
Terrible. I return item which was too big, re-ordered in a smaller size. The item was sent back exactly the same as receiving...label in tact and not worn only tried on briefly, they claim it had been worn and label missing and proceeded to provide an image showing no signs and label in tact? I have escalated the return as this is not acceptable and returned exactly as I had received. I could not have worn the item other than try to on as it was far too big hence ordering a smaller size, WARNING to customers do not order from this company as they may not refund you!!! SCAM
I ordered a Max Mara coat that was hard to find In the colour I wanted. It was a really good price by far compared to other places and the shipping was super fast. Italy to Australia in 4 days which I was not expecting and was very pleased with. Will definitely purchase from again.

Only regret that description is not very complete. I accept that product looks like a demo unit… not like 100% fresh from box. Would prefer to receive this kind of info
I received my order very quickly. Everything was packed well. No smells. But there was an imperfection on the item which I emailed about right away with photos attached, but CETTIRE can't guarantee that they will issue a full refund (including tax and duties which were 200 cad). They offered 5% refund in case if I wish to keep the bag. This doesn't feel right, and it is on the quality check control who didn't notice an obvious damage
I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit. They were tried on once indoors, immediately put back in the box, and returned in brand-new condition. The company claimed they were “worn,” which is completely untrue — and I have photos proving it.
I’ve now been going back and forth with customer service for months with no resolution. This feels like a tactic to avoid issuing a refund. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
The shipping process took entirely too long and even though it was only in the preparing shipment stage, I was unable to cancel only offered the opportunity to send it back for a fee. I wanted to cancel because I was able to catch the restock on the real versace website and paid less to purchase them. I also purchased them because there was no guaranteed timeline from cettire on when my items would arrive, whereas the real versace website had a shipping estimate of 2-3 days. I wanted to make sure I got them before valentine's day for my man. Now the REAL kicker, the items did not come in a versace box, or any type of authentication that they were real, just in a plastic bag. I received the slippers from the real versace store a couple days before in a genuine versace box sealed and with a card and when the two were compared together the cettire slippers were a couple shades lighter than the ones from the versace store which made me question their validity even more! Never again will I purchase from this site. All in all, a terrible experience.

AVOID THIS RETAILER: I placed an order for an Anine Bing sweatshirt on Jan 25th and it was showing as in stock but then on Jan 27th the order status changed to “preparing the shipment” and has not changed since then. I reached out to Customer Services which is appalling and there is a significant time lag when they do decide to reply. After repeated emails I got a mail on Feb 10th telling me they did not have the size I ordered and offered me the same sweatshirt that was 2 sizes smaller clearly in an attempt to avoid refunding my money. I replied straight away on Feb 10th to say refund my money. Its now Feb 13th and Im being told there is a large volume of refunds to be processed and it will take some time to process my refund so naturally I have sent them another cross reply. Do not buy from Cettire. They knew from Jan 27th that they could not fulfil my order but yet did not cancel the order and return the money and now they are dragging their feet in processing my refund.
Love cettire, the quality of service is extraordinary. Safe, fast and secure. Prices and easibility of the item is unmatchable in the market from cettire. Just love it! Will be shopping more !
