I had been a loyal customer of Cettire for several years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.
I ordered a branded handbag from their website, expecting to receive a new, complete item. Instead, the bag arrived without the strap, and it was obvious that it had already been used by someone else. The condition of the item clearly did not match the description of a new product.
I immediately contacted customer service and returned the bag. However, instead of resolving the issue, the company refused to accept responsibility. They declined my claim, charged me the full price, and left me with an incomplete, expensive item. The communication from their side was very aggressive and dismissive. They made it clear they were not interested in listening or finding a solution.
As a result, I am now forced to involve a lawyer to resolve this situation. This is the first time I have encountered such treatment from an online store, especially when ordering a supposedly new, branded product.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommended Cettire to anyone. Customers should be extremely cautious, as the company does not appear to take responsibility for the quality of the items they ship or for fair customer service.
