my partner ordered a pair of Versace sneakers from here and paid $500. When the shoes arrived they were clearly used and had been worn once before. Nowhere do they advertise to be a reseller for used product. He tried to contact Cetire but only received an automated message to set up a refund and was charged a $30 refund fee!! absolutely appalling. never shipping here ever again
