AVOID THIS RETAILER: I placed an order for an Anine Bing sweatshirt on Jan 25th and it was showing as in stock but then on Jan 27th the order status changed to “preparing the shipment” and has not changed since then. I reached out to Customer Services which is appalling and there is a significant time lag when they do decide to reply. After repeated emails I got a mail on Feb 10th telling me they did not have the size I ordered and offered me the same sweatshirt that was 2 sizes smaller clearly in an attempt to avoid refunding my money. I replied straight away on Feb 10th to say refund my money. Its now Feb 13th and Im being told there is a large volume of refunds to be processed and it will take some time to process my refund so naturally I have sent them another cross reply. Do not buy from Cettire. They knew from Jan 27th that they could not fulfil my order but yet did not cancel the order and return the money and now they are dragging their feet in processing my refund.
