I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit. They were tried on once indoors, immediately put back in the box, and returned in brand-new condition. The company claimed they were “worn,” which is completely untrue — and I have photos proving it.
I’ve now been going back and forth with customer service for months with no resolution. This feels like a tactic to avoid issuing a refund. Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
